How to transfer a call to another extension.

1. Put Call on Hold = Pound key twice (##)

2. Transfer call = Press 2, or Return to call = Press 1

3. Choose type of transfer:

   • Press 1 for a "blind transfer," in which the call is automatically transferred to the extension you choose.

   • Press 2 for a "supervised transfer," in which you'll remain on the line to introduce the caller to the person you're transferring to before you disconnect.

4. Enter the extension number (see list below)

5. Press 1 to confirm the transfer

6. Return to Call = Pound key twice (##)
