Beginning

Starting out on my own has been something I have been seriously considering for the last six months. Tough economic conditions for most of my career instilled a fear of risk and change; especially when I thought of my wife and two young girls. The more I thought on it, I came to realize those same tough conditions forced me to be resourceful, competitive, and learn real ambition. I have grown in my craft and enjoy expanding my skill set. Now with the economic recovery, I have a renewed sense of purpose and reached a tipping point in my life. The time is right, I have to do this. I have to see if my motivating interests (technology, workflows, creativity, simplicity) can amount to something meaningful. Here we go.
