We are happy to announce that Gmuer Engineering was awarding a continuing services contract with Lake City good for the next 5 years. We are very proud of our working relationship with the City and their needs for infrastructure design and permitting. Our success in gaining these types of contracts began with our work with the City of Newberry a few years ago leading to our first continuing services contract which has expanded to include many many others. Thank you Donna Patterson our Marketing Director for her ability to communicate the skills and experience of our team to serve the public.

Jacksonville Retail 1 of 2 Construction

This is the first of two posts for a Jacksonville project we were so happy to design and permit. These pictures are from construction back in September 2016. See post 2 of 2 for the finished site. It was a brownfield project that required great coordination with FDEP to create a stormwater solution that worked as well as being located underground. Crabtree Construction made construction super smooth. They followed the brownfield requirements to the letter.
